Who will I speak to?
Jane Wood established the company in 2001 and she has over 30 years of experience in the London property market. She has an enviable list of contacts, has negotiated on countless transactions and knows London like the back of her hand. Jane is also a qualified chartered accountant and former finance director of a PLC subsidiary. As a result, she brings an analytical and a thinking approach to property search.
Olivier Barbé joined Jane in the family business in 2007 and has helped hundreds of our clients with their property searches. He is a stickler for detail and leaves no stone unturned when hunting for the perfect property. Like Jane, Olivier is also an accountant and in his early career was a management consultant with a “big four” firm. He has a professional training in problem solving and brings this approach to all of his searches. Olivier is also well suited to help our French speaking clients and is an expert in both the French and British education systems.

What are the costs of using your services?
Our testimonials affirm, many times over, that we offer excellent value for money. This value comes not just from reducing stress and our effectiveness in securing properties, but also from saving you money by being highly effective negotiators and saving you from potentially making a very expensive mistake.
We charge a success fee of 1.5% + VAT of the purchase price or 12%, if greater, of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price. We charge an initial start-up fee deductible from the success fee.
